Our Story: Light & CoziNests
Welcome to CoziNests, where light is shared through art, kindness, and handcrafted creations. My journey here began during a significant transition. After years of homeschooling my children, and navigating the complexities of our always changing world, I found myself seeking a new way to shine my light. CoziNests emerged as a beacon of hope and creativity, a space to transform the old into something beautiful and meaningful.
Our name, CoziNests, reflects this period of finding comfort and purpose in an 'empty nest.' It's about creating warmth and light, both literally and metaphorically. My personal philosophy is rooted in principles of consciousness awareness, inner peace, and connection to the inherent beauty of the nature. These values guide our commitment to sustainability, and spreading positive energy. No matter where you are in your own personal journey, as a new Nester, re-feathering or an empty nester and regardless of your religious or spiritual position, I believe everyone can benefit from the the positive energy of these intentions

Our aim is to create pieces that resonate with those who value sustainability, unique artistry, and a touch of warmth in their lives. Each CoziNests piece is made with intention:
- Repurposed Wine Bottle Candles: Featuring my original artwork of Cincinnati landmarks, these candles are made with clean-burning coconut-soy wax and wood wicks, each with a hidden NFC tag revealing the story behind the art.
- Melted Milk Lotion Bars: Concentrated, nourishing skincare made with the same coconut-soy wax blend, offering a luxurious and eco-friendly self-care experience.
- Repurposed Chandelier Crystal Art: Light catchers, ornaments, and curtains that transform spaces with dancing colors and prisms, breathing new life into salvaged crystals.
- Bottle Top Hurricanes: Handcrafted tealight holders made from repurposed bottle tops, casting a mesmerizing glow.
